As of April 1, 2026 our salon has a cancellation and no show policy as follows:
All cancellations must be at least 24 hours prior to the appointment time. Any cancellations made in less than 24 hours of scheduled appointments will result in up to 50% charge of scheduled appointment fee. Payment will be due prior to scheduling a new appointment.
Any “no-show” clients will result in up to 100% charge of scheduled appointment fee. Payment will be due prior to scheduling a new appointment.
Please be mindful of our business, and how we are all paid on commission based on what we do. None of us get paid when a client either cancels too late, or fails to show all together. Our time is very important to us, and we are extremely busy.
And respectful of other clients waiting to get an appointment.
